SwipeMeets is a new UK events idea from a team who got tired of swiping. Apps are brilliant at showing you people and terrible at getting you in the same room. Speed dating gets you in the room but makes you walk in blind.
So we put the two together. You see the verified guest list for an event before you book. You pick who you'd like to meet. If they pick you too, you can chat before the night. On the night, your matches come first, and then you meet everyone else anyway.
We're keeping it small: events of 20 to 30 people, launching in cities across the UK soon, public venues, a host in the room. No subscription, just a ticket when you want to come. If that sounds like your kind of night, join the waitlist.
